Speeding.........any loopholes???

now, bloke i know (called grant) got away with a speeding ticket... something to do with not signing it, sending back and then when they return it the time limit's expired... not sure of exact details... but i'll be seeing him more than likely tomorrow.


(don't tell anyone, but he's the one that stuck "piggy bank" stickers over all the gatsos in newbury!)

yep any advice on the pics would be a great help m8 . It just seems that they rely on just telling you, you've been speeding, you knucle under and pay, even though on the literature they send you, there is no apparent indication or evidence of the speed the vehicle was doing.

Yes that was a loop hole which has since been closed, can't use that one any more.

Looks good to me, as said picture has been digitally enhanced so might get them on that one.
legislation was passed last year where digital images can now be used as evidence in criminal cases. Before, any evidence gained via a digital image was deemed inadmissable as they could be altered. There are guidelines now which lay down how the image should be protected so as it can be used. EG once picture is taken the camera or memory card should be securely sealed dated, time and signature of witness etc, you get the idea.
