I just got a good result :-

I bent mine when on the Tennyson Trail so I thought I would ring up today to get a new mast for the areial I purchased last Xmas.

The company I purchased it through said that there was not a mast listed. So I still had the box so I dug it out and on it, it stated that the mast was replaceable and it gave a website. So I check the site out but no info so I then ring Sales and they also state no Mast available, I then requested Customer services and they gave ne their no, so I ring them and they confirm no mast available and I point out to them that THEIR BOX STATES THE MAST IS REPLACEABLE.

Any way after a bit of a chat we came to an amicable conclusion.

I WILL PICK UP MY
