After much deliberation I bought a set of these for my 96 Gen 3 SSRX. Cost £297.12 fitted from www.blackcircles.com (265x70x16).

Driven about 70 miles on them so far on dry / damp roads and they hold very well, far better than the Dunlop Grand Trek AT21's I took off. Only complaint is the writing on the side wall, sort of mint green rather than white.

Will post back once I've had them in the wet / mud / snow.

think you will find the mint green will clean off just use thinners or petrol may do it the tyre place should have done it for you when they was fitted
