      What type of tyres?

I can currently get Mud Terrians in that size for £120 each for BFG, or £88 for Kumho's

BFG All Terrains are about £120

I like the chunky look of the Kumho KL71, any idea if they are ok on the road ?

My Surf was described as having a 3" suspension lift although I think with the Rancho shocks it might be taller. From the floor to the top of the light bar it measures 7ft.

I have been looking at those KL71s again and I think they will look the biz, would just like to hear from someone who has used them..

You normally need 4'' of lift to get 33's on - and the usual route is 2'' body + 2'' suspension. And then you will still have to chop out various bits of the front.

Your wheel offset will also influence the fit......

To get 35's on, mmmmm, that is a big tyre. Best of luck.
