  • Airbrush Artist wanted !

    Now here is a challenge!?

Does anyone have a good contact for an Artist (maybe Airbrush specialist) who does commisions ?
I want to have some Aviation Nose art put on a spare wheel cover disc, the Indian chief is ok but have seen some excellent custom jobs in the states, just wondered if anyone does them over here.

I am sure this won't be a problem with such a knowledgable crew as the 'Surf Site' !?

    Hi john,
Have you tried sourcing any through google? had a look in custom paints

and there was a site called bikesource.co.uk which has a list of airbrush

artists etc, have a scan through might be a local one, if you find a good un

let us know i was thinking about putting some artwork on the bonnet to

cover up a nasty deep scratch.

    good luck , Graham.

Maybe get a big stick-on decal made up?
Some companies will make a stick-on graphic from a supplied photo or drawing as long as it can be scanned onto a computer.

Make sure u get the begger welded on tho when you get it as some barstuard stole mine on Friday night!! It cost Tinks £200 for it. They left the inside disc tho with the graphics on. We need to replace it but with what? The other was a lockable stainless steel one so we thought that it would be more secure but sadly not.

                      Thanx guys, so much choice!
My stainless steel wheel cover remains intact at time of posting !? I think the special art will only be put on on special occasions ,somebody has already had a go at the Indian chief graphic I got from 4x4 accessories at Leeming
