would they fit in the spare din box below the stereo? just a thought

Hi Chillitt, After a quick measure of an old oil gauge and the cubby hole
thingy under my stereo and assuming these gauges are the same size approx,
No, not without a lot of fileing and possibly messing up the dash, I would like
to fit other gauges as well like turbo boost, oil presure, oil temp, water temp,
amps etc (being a gadget freak) but the same problem arises, where to put them, Ithought of overhead but its running all the cables, tubes etc, and id
probably keep banging my nut on em, I was browsing that aussie hilux site
and one guy had put two gauges on the front screen pillar, looked OK from the drivers seat, they were in chrome pods, Anyhow i`ll get there in the end.
