Bumper parts wanted

Hi all can anyone help me with a part for my front bumper? The part in question attaches to the front bumper/valance and forms part of the nearside wheelarch it appears to be plastic and is colour coded to match the paintwork. I do not know what the part is called but any help in finding one would be very much appreciated. My Surf is a 1994 3.0 ssrx (KZN 130). Also missing are the fixing bolts for above.
