I live 2 miles from Roughtrax and paid them a visit today to get a complete set of belts. All in, including a genuine cam belt £61? Not bad.
The guy who runs it is the nicest bloke on earth and totally genuine. He took me around his warehouse/showroom and what an Aladdins Cave that is! He has every type of spotlight under the sun, including the nifty ones with multi coloured neon rims, Momo steering wheels, bullbars, load liners (and he is having some made that cover the wheel arches and backs of the rear seats complete with storage pockets. This means that when the seats are down the whole cargo bay is protected).
He happily opened a box of walnut trim for me to have a look at, and has the only set of new Surf headlights in the country with a 30% higher output. These are the dogs with reflector beams. He reckoned that a complete set of headlights and front sidelights would be around £130? Anything that improves on the lousy Surf lighting has to be worth it.
He also has loads of Lexus style rear lights, stainless steel rear light guards, and various plastic front headlamp protectors, as well as tyres and alloys. The rear spoilers are the ones with the brake light in. I was well impressed and I could have happily stayed there chatting, but had to get away to get the belts fitted!
If anyone deserves business it's people like this.
Cheers
