Anybody bought a Surf from Penfolds of Surrey. They have a huge ad in Auto Trader every week. Their ad claims they are BIMTA approved. They are not. They are also rumoured to be in recievership. I bought my Surf in October and have still not recieved all my documents. I have now made a complaint against to Trading Standards. If anybody knows anything about them let me know !
