Have we had Surfs in the UK since 93 ? Is it really that long since the government stopped making it difficult for us to bring in Jap imports ?

Having had a quick look at Fresh Cars website on the link posted on this thread the thing that struck me as unusual was that for someone who is supposed to source their vehicles direct from Japan, there wasn't one 3.0L or 3rd Gen vehicle listed.

Sounds more like he's sourcing cheap 2.4's to dump on the UK market rather than being a source of good reliable cars. With all that's known and been said about the 2.4 head problem, you would have expected a knowledgeable dealer to only source 3.0L & 3rd gen vehicles for his own peace of mind!!
