Mint 3rd gen wanted - realistic budget

looking for a mint 3rd gen (before i do something silly and buy an Isuzu)

prefer underslung spare as need constant easy access to rear space.....as stated I have a realistic budget (well I think it is but could be proved wrong)

However, Mint 3rd gens can be had for 3-3500, might have to go a bit higher for intercooled as they are a bit rarer.
