3.0 TD Auto 2nd/3rd gen ssrx - ssrg wanted

Hi all, new to the forum (but not to forums).

Test drove a few Discoveries....found them to be gutless and not too spacious in the front.

Have my heart set on a 3 litre diesel automatic Surf, preferably with as many toys as possible (SSR-G or X), for my commute (12 miles) to work each day.

Could be a 2nd Gen or 3rd Gen......what do you have for sale?

Oh, I have £1,800 (possibly a bit more for a gem), in cash waiting for the right vehicle (just sold my FireBlade ).

........preferably in Essex by the way...or not too far from Essex.

Thanks Sancho.......a bit high on the mileage...but it has obviously been looked after.

...I'm hopefully looking at a Surf on Sunday....if no joy I may well contact Tony to see if it is still for sale.
