Whats the right vehicle?
Got a Black L reg 3.0 SSR-X, new head, new piston, new big end bearings.
Just waiting for air-con compressor to go back on (its in the garage somewhere!!), re-gas and MOT.

Hello, this is Brett Moorcroft.
We bought the truck in May and used it every day since. And it has never missed a beat. But Jen is now pregnant and likes the idea of a comfy Volvo, so the Surf is now up for sale.
She is an L reg 3.0 SSRV Manual. In blue.
uprated suspension.
fully undersealed and wax oiled inside the main chassis.
high rear spoiler with brake light.
4 good allterrain goodrich tyres on nice alloys.
good spare on a standard rim underslung.
privacy glass at the sides and rear.
really good clean interior.
stereo tape deck slightly dated but works perfectly. ( ex Ford ).
air con all working perfectly.
all electric windows.
electric door locks.
electric mirrors.
electric aerial.
runner boards.
wind deflectors.
Bull bar unfortunately has a decent sized stone chip on it.
PIAA spot lights.
Cat 2 immobliser.
She is taxed untill the end of April, and MOT until mid April.
Only 75000 miles (approx) on the clock. Odometer reads in Kmph, speedo in Mph.
It took me months of checking out motors off dealers forecourts, and trucks out of the auto trader. Didn't know about the Surf web site at the time. But everything I looked at was either auto, 2.4, or a right shed on wheels. eventually the search took us all the way to Somerset and bumped into this by mistake (lucky us). fixed it to buy it theirs and then traded the old motor in and drove home in it within a couple of hours (well chuffed).
Price I was looking for around £4.250 will take into consideration short MOT although it should fly through with out a problem. This a really good clean motor.

If you want, any idea what time? I have a full service to do for someone so will be here working most of the day, and will be out at 1:00 and 3:40 getting MOT's done. the second one if for this truck. Good news, I've found the A/C compressor, lurking in a cabinet!! So I can bolt it back on, get our A/C guy round with his bottle of gas and see if the guy we got the truck from was telling the truth about it "only needing regassing mate..."
