M Reg 4 runner 3L TD MANUAL p/x swap for 3rd gen?

Would anyone consider p/x'in my 3L for a 3rd gen 3L..MUST be manual though please...........

Clean and tidy. 80K miles on clock. Wax oiled from factory. 5 new tyres. regulary serviced.
