LEFT hand drive Surf/4 Runner required

Hi everyone!

I need one of these vehicles in left hand drive, a 3.0L or Hilux double-cab pickup, about 60000 miles and/or no older than 10 years. Is there such a thing out there?
Also, am I correct in thinking that Surf and 4 Runner are basically the same vehicle, the latter being the version for lhd markets? Thanks so much. Michael.

Surf is the Japanese market model and all will be rhd. 4Runner is the name used everywhere else and can be either rhd or lhd. Most of the lhd model are American but you should be able to source something from Europe.
