3.0 Diesel surf ssr-g wanted pref. manual

Hi all , brand new to this site but doing my research and decided I quite like the ssr-g 3.0 litre diesel model. I would prefer it in manual but auto will do if I can't find a manual. I have a budget stretching to £4,500. Must have good tyres and lowish milage. Living in the north east near newcastle. It will replace a very clean silver xreg, 2000 Honda accord executive 1.8i vtec fully loaded with leather seats, electric everything, climate control, cruise control, 4 airbags, service history, less than 50,000 miles and valued at £5,200. So if anyone wants a swap due to their misses whinging that the surf is too big then this car is an ideal candidate. Cheers, Gary.

SSR-G in toon land!

Hi,

I've got my Mk 3 SSR-G up for sale..or at least it will be when I get around to it and I'm local - Washington. Can't do a p/ex I'm afraid and I'm asking £5500 for it but will let it go for £5250 for a very quick sale as I have my eye on another car.

New timing belt, air con and fan belts and service when imported (oil filter, air filter, fuel filter).
Toad Ai606 Cat 1 Alarm / Immobiliser
Taxed to October, MOT is May (I think)
Waxoyled undersealed.
2 Spare winter tyres.
4 very good tyres.

Good condition externally, came in with a couple of marks on the bumpers and has a v. small dint in the driver door.
Internally very clean apart from a tab burn in the driver's seat and a small tear in the arm rest.

Been an excellent motor, the best Surf I've had (3rd Surf) by a country mile.

It comes with full service history,all previous mot's,all tha usual extras.Afraid i wouldn't be interested in a part ex, but @ £3.500 its a give away. The way i've heard it ,is your better off with a 4runner,british car, as they are under sealed due to our climate ,and the jap,grey imports are not, as they don't need to be over there. Maybe someone else could shed a little more light on the subject?
