Boot floor tie down D-ring.

Hi all,

I'm missing one of the boot floor tie down D-rings in my 94 Surf. It's one of the pair nearest to the tailgate that attaches to the floor via 2 bolts.

Anyone know where I can pick one up from or have a spare one please?
