4wd isnt engaging,iv checked everything. The actuator was my last thing to check, inside was caked in corrosion.Iv dismantled and cleaned everything. Powered the motor up directly and it still doesn't spin/engage.... So im guessing its done[B][FONT="Impact"]Cut my way in...weld my way out![/FONT][/B]Comment

Assuming it's the actuator on the front axle?
Most of the time it's a vacuum issue, have you checked all of your hoses are connected and that the VSVs (inner wing) are working? If they are and it's still not working, you could try THIS.Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it'sComment

Transfer case actuator. Front actuator is fine,iv engaged/disengaged it by switching the hoses around on the vsv's[B][FONT="Impact"]Cut my way in...weld my way out![/FONT][/B]Comment
