SSR-G 4 spoke steering wheel

Hi Guys .... I've been lurking in the background of this forum for years since my first surf in 1998 and rather than homework I now need some help if anyone can oblige.

I need to replace a 4 spoke, beige leather covered, steering wheel on a newly imported year 2000 SSR-G Surf. Some tramp in Japan had a loose plastic imitation wood cover on the steering wheel and scuffed the hell out of it; enough to make one cry.

Can anybody help me or point me in the right direction.
