  • Tyres 31''

I need 2 or 4 31.10.50.15 A/T tyres. Part worn or new - whatever is out there! (though maybe hopefully not Runways..)
They are so expensive new I've spent all my money on the truck and need at least 2 to keep me rolling over the summer.
I'm in S.Wales and can pick up if anyone round here has some or courier will be the thing.
    Cheers!

    Cheers!
do they have to be 31's or is there a metric size than would tide you over?

I just like em cos they're slightly bigger than the standard tyres and in a more sensible price range than 33s.
I already have 31s on the back and standard 265/75/R15s on the front. Those front ones must be very old - all cracked and nasty.. So yeah, I need to replace the front soon and prob the back in 6 months or so.
Do you have anything in mind?

No great inspiration I'm afraid, i assume you've check out remoulds and the like...

I used to get part worns from a mate who owned a tyre centre, he looked out for them especially (knew I'd always take 'em).

the ones on mine are all 265's and only 2 of them have what I would call good tread (about 5-6mm on the rear pair), so not so useful to you i assume.

Thanks man but your two 265s don't seem worth it. I have seen the odd 31s for sale on here and there is some in the for sale section but he says they're 'only suitable for off road use'
Not sure what he means by this but I have asked and I'm awaiting a response!

Oh yeah, and I've got to match up with my existing 31s so the 4x4 mode doesn't completely mess things up. Different sized wheels spinning etc

probably no good to you as your after 31's, but I have a set of 4 265's would only describe 2 as good, but all 4 would easily pass mot, on alloy wheels. only looking for £15 each

Thanks for the offer. I reckon if I have to pay for shipping it has to be what I want in fairly good condition. (rather than what I don't want in bad condition!) Cheers though mate

I lent my Hilux to some people to drive themselves to gig 12 miles away or so. They drove back in 4wd (by mistake even though the god damn light was glaring on the dash) and when they got back it was proper stinking of rubber. Never again!!
With the tyres two different sizes I was lucky there was no permanent damage!!

                      That was lucky!!!!

Is £70 for remoulds to much?
