I have a motor here do you also need the blue box regulator/controller from behind the side panel?

I have the blue regulator that sits in behind the passenger side rear cubbybox. Is this the part you need.

I believe he's talking about the mechanism refered to as Surf Tailgate Window Regulator.

In that case all but the motor is in the skip. Although I have never read anyone refer to the mechanism as the regulator.
