I'm after a for a winch bumper for my Gen2 3.0.

More for function than looks, so any make, style or shape considered, even home brew.

I might even consider modifying one from a different truck.

Hi Dodge, Bushwacker had one for sale a while back , its in the
'Parts for sale' section.
Its for a gen3 but might fix, worth asking the question tho...

What? Are you for real? I'm not knocking it... well I wasn't.

The same quality? It's a shiny aluminium bumper that doesn't fit my requirements.

It has no way of fitting a winch, nowhere for the winch cable to come out, no holes for a fairlead to mount to and it wouldn't stand the stresses of winching so as well as fabricating mountings for the bumper I would have to mount it around a winch tray, too much work for the money when I could buy a purpose built one... or build on from scratch for a lot less.

You know this and it says so in the ad so why get all uppity when I say it's no good to me.

So I'll say again, it isn't a winch bumper, it isn't for a Gen2 and it would require too much modification... so for the price I'll pass thank you.


Should I let you know if I find another of the same quality that does fit my requirements or one that doesn't?
