Wanted - Switches with working l.e.d.'s - 3rd gen ssr-g

Hi everyone,

I've tried taking out switches and cleaning l.e.d.'s etc. but some have failed - I need:

Suspension Hard/Soft switch
Rear Mirror Switch
Heated windscreen switch.

All l.e.d.'s must be working please.

You'll have better luck finding a clean Surf in Hampshire and/or Wiltshire!

Why not replace the LEDs yourself, they only cost pennies to buy.

Just enter, 3mm LEDs into the search box on eBay, plenty to choose from.
You can use the existing resistors already in the switches.

Yep, easy to do. Two little wire legs that just need twisting around the screw in fittings...

Even I did it....!

You've convinced me to give it a go - got 75 led's from amazon for less than £4.00 including postage.

Hopefully I won't knacker that many trying to fit them!

Got the mini bulbs from Maplins - taken me an hour to do 5 - very chuffed!

I remember painstakingly replacing all the bulbs with White LEDs, and scraping the green off.....

Only for the LEDs to fail
