Engine ECU wanted

Engine ECU wanted (possibly) for 1KZTE engine in a KZN185 3rd Gen.

I haven't got the part number to hand but if Vince sees this, perhaps he could kindly add it on here for me?

I am struggling to find an ECU. They seem particularly elusive!

So... I have two requests...

1. Does anyone have an ECU I can borrow, to check if it is really faulty? It will of course be returned!

2. Can anyone recommend a reputable ECU repair company? I thought I found one but then read a host of bad reviews soon after.

Well that's the thing... they're the ones I looked at but then read a load of bitching about them soon after!

BBA-Reman seems to be coming up quite a bit and ECU Testing

i never had problems with the ecu's i used to sell with part numbers.If it came from a 3.0 auto it worked in another 3.0 auto.

Sorry Yes ECU doctor (01752 346437),He reconditioned my Ford Galaxy ECU when it went tits up,plugged it in,engine fired straight up!!
