  • Coolant Hoses

Need some replacement coolant hoses as I have found a couple of leaks.

Has anyone got any decent hoses lying around or from a truck they are breaking?

your best getting them replaced with silicone water hose as it last's a lot longer. S/H hoses could leave you in the same position in a few months! Try Roughtrax as i think they do a hose kit.

Alternatively get some Samco (other brands are available) super/ultra flex hose and cut it to length. 'Tis what I used to replace the heater matrix hoses.

Are the super flexible hoses any good. I have seen them but didnt think they suitable for replacing the coolant pipes.

Samco superflex are good, but there are other brands out there that are just as good and cheaper.

The Samco Ultraflex is ###### luverly stuff, you can tie it in a knot and it won't kink but you do pay a premium for it's lovelyness.

Oh and yes it's very suitable for coolant.
