Now experiencing click only and starting eventually, does not seem to be a battery problem and am thinking need to replace starter motor.

Buy a new one or used, but firstly use the repair kit which will re-con yours to as new. Roughtrax sell them.

but DON'T overtighten the terminal connection cos if you crack the insulator.....
