info required please help

Hi everyone,
Just joined this forum I am just starting to look at buying a hi-lux surf I have made enquiries about one that has not arrived yet, model srr-x 3 litre diesel manual. I have not had a four wheel drive before but have always admired the hi-lux. Please could anyone help with what sort of money I should pay (do not know cost or year yet). Also running costs fuel ect, also where to get best insurance quotes and is there anything i should look for when buying a hi-lux.
