KZN130 Alternator

Right looks like the Alternator has gone so after a replacement please! I know Stormforce breaks Surf's but i'm struggling to contact an individual user on the site (i know just incompetance!). Anyone got a working one for sale? Roughtrax are charging £125 and i will also investigate getting it reconditioned. Cheers!

The 3.0's are a standard alternator Rick.

I think nobby needs to just double check on if its the kzn130 or ln130 so we know what to supply

Double checked on the reg document and its KZN130.
Just hoping the batteries aren't knackered as well. Is it best to charge them or just leave them until i'm ready to get it going and then let the alternator do its job?

I guess i can start removing the air con pump now. Doesn't look to tricky, any bit i need to watch out for?

Hi Stormforce, been away for few days (getting soaked in Wales watch golf!) and just wondered if you had any update on an ETA for an alternator? Under pressure to sort it and sell it! Cheers

hiya Nobby.The 3.0l i was going to get has fallen through but i have sourced an alternator for you the same price as i sell them for and thats £60 delivered.Give Justbrad a shout on this thread and he will sort it out for you.
