Underslung spare wheel winder needed

If any one has a spare or knows of a similar bar that will do the job just as well, can anyone help as when I came to look for mine to tyre rotate, it wasnt there. Now I will be in trouble if I get a puncture.

Can you not use the bottle jack handle in some way?????????

I don't know what the wheel winder looks like so it's just a thought
