Think its gonna end up being sprayed matt black anyhow, and i wouldnt worry about the lacquer too much, my truck is beat up and battle wounded from a pay n play session at sibbertoft, it went on its side and I broke at least five of my bones in my right hand!! its got miss matched coloured doors and all sorts so a little lacquer peeling of is a minor detail
