Rear Diff

Hi, My rear diff has started whining like a b***h, looking to replace the whole unit rather than do the Pinion bearing change. My vehicle is a 91 2.4 with an axle code of G254. Any one got one? If so how much?

What an Idiot I feel

Hi Lord Lucan,
Thanks for the reply about the diff.....Well, here goes, It wasn't the diff causing the whine noise from underneath the rear end, it was....a ###### hole in the tailpipe about the size of 2 50pence coins. Apparently my rear pipe support was welded to the pipe instead of being attached by a clamp. I apologise for getting this so wrong and wasting your time.
