apparently the best one to get is the roughtrax one but it is a bit dear as you have to buy the ducting as well. Assuming your intercooler is top mounted
I remember somwhere on the forum that the one from an Izuzu Trooper fits nicely on the surf bonnet and, apparently they aren't too dear (and you will probably have more chance of getting one of a breaker).
Only other option would be to but a bonnet from an intercooled surf but I expect that won't be cheap.
Other answer would be to have the intercooler front mounted and hang it in front of the air con rad
