Has anyone (elecky techies) ever taken the lid off one of these 3.0 ECU's to have a look at whats gone pop? Seems to be a common problem now thats probably due to one component on the circuit board that costs pennies to replace.

i sold one to James here and i mentioned to him yesterday about sending his old one to MattF as he was asking for old ones to look at
mention that word on here and......
for your information, generally ***p's are american, 2.5 or 4 litre cannot fit round a surf ECU and........oh why bother!
