hi try the breakers stormforce, lordlucan,etc or get from stevo's (think thats right) or new from roughtrax and i think maybe milners do them too .....the usual folk really hope this helps

i got one still on an engine i took out a truck.thje head was ok as the truck was just a mot failure.
Its a complete head with cam,valves etc and was recently had new shims fitted.£275 delivered ovno

The head come off a 1995 3.0l but i got a feeling the head was a replacement for the original.I am willing to get it pressure tested once its removed if needed.

The one Pete was having i have now found out is fubbard which i'm not best pleased about as i was told by the seller of the truck it was ok and it was one of the reasons i bought the truck in the first place as a mot failure.Just glad i never got rid of my truck and kept the other truck as i would of been well p155ed off
