so now looking for a cheap CD to give me some tunes

Dont s'ppose you get to Stevenage much?? Theres an audio shop up the road from me doing 12 stack CD changers & Head unit for £180 inc fitting. I got one and is well chuffed.

argos do a goodmans one for £49.99... if you want cheap!

we had one in an old truck and it did the job.

Halfords do a JVC single CD one for £89 (I think - it certainly was that when I bought one for my daughter). They also do a 12 CD JVC head and stacker unit for about £170.

Looked in Argos, did the typical hmmm just look at the chea...... oohhh that £100000 supernufta fangled gadget one looks the preverbial dogs doodas i'll have that one! OOPS!

MP3 Changer - Makro

I know you're sorted, but for anyone else looking at the moment I saw what seemed to be a very good deal in Makro at the weekend -

Ministry of Sound Head Unit with Disc Changer (10 disks I think) but plays MP3s!!!!
I could almost get my entire CD collection on that.

£99 + Vat so - £117

I'm not sure who the actual manufacturer is though.
