  • Rear Wheel arch and surrounding parts

My tyre just distegrated on the M40.

    So now I need.

    Drivers side rear chrome bumber.
Drivers side rear wheel arch - red.
Side step and brackets for drivers side.
    New underwear.

I can probably get the clean underwear myslef, but if anyone can help with any other bits let me know.

I've got a pair of Side steps (and so have Linda and TonyN).

I also saw a set of arches for sale on ebay but I can't find them now.

Hopefully you were OK apart from the damage to the truck, tyre blowouts can be a bit hairy.

    Cheers

hehe, I lunched a rear tyre on my Nova going to work on Monday, was doing 85+ on the M3! Exciting, init!!

Felt an little odd vibration, them an odd noise, by the time I'd turned the radio down, it felt like both the back tyres had fallen off!

Lucky really, I was sposed to have 4 31" tyres on rims piled in the back, to drop off for Shelley, would have made things more interesting and hard to get the spare out.

No damage to the car though, and for once the jack and spare where all in servicable condition so only 5 mins delayed.

time to worry when the front tyre bounces past the window!

Might have to have some sort of lowest tender sort of thing.
Who will sell them for less, and happens to live closest so I can pick them up.
