They're crap and about as useful as a Surf's temp gauge.

Probaly,,, but they still look the part though, wouldnt have it chrome though, would like it matt black to match my roof cage ...

I did have a look at the last go ,,, i have friends in an metal shop who sed they would make me a full roof cage up in the spring, suppose i could get them to put a hindged ladder off the back, so i could still drop the tail, the only thing thats worrying me about the cage is the weight of it, they sed they can make me one up but it would have to be mild steel... Ally would get brittle over time and break. If its mild steel even using small box tube type stuff a cage that big (front to back of roof) would weigh a ton ... ??? how heavy (rough estimate) do u think are the cages for the top of the land cruisers ???

Bit late in the day to look now, but I will have a look over the weekend and see if there's any markings on it for you

Had a good look at it today and cannot find any manufacturers labels/markings on it, other than end caps are embossed IBD
