  • Bull Bar Brackets

I bought a bull bar a while ago and only got around to switching my old A Bar for the new bull bar, only to find that i'm missing some brackets needed to mount the new bull bar.

Does anyone have an idea where I can buy some brackets or where I can get some fabricated?

The attached pictures show a simliar style to the bull bar i've got, although this is not my truck nor the actual bull bar.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I did not use any brackets for my wrap around...
I just bolted it straight on the bumper bracket on the chassis...

have someone hold the bar in place and have a look underneath as I think it shud fit....
One day at the time I guess..

Yeah, the A Bar is off at the moment and placing both the orginal A Bar next to the new Bull Bar you can see the new one is shorter where the arm goes under the bumper to attach to the tow hook part of the chassis.

It definitely needs some kind of bracket to work as when it's in place it doesn't reach the bolt holes.

Ok, thanks for the pic, i'll have to go take a closer look and see. But looks to me like i'll still need a bracket as mine wont be able to connect as yours has without one.

Nope, the garage has all the brackets from the old A Bar, the A Bar and the new Bull Bar and it just doesn't match up using the brackets from the A Bar.

Its the reach that the new bull bar has under the bumper to the bolt locations, it doesn't go as deep as the A Bar did. (i.e if I took the bumper off completely it would then fit over the bolt holes on the chassis)

Man I wish I knew a fabricator locally. Anyone know of one in the Bournemouth Area?
