spare tyre mounting kit underneath

Im after all the goodies to mount my spare underneath the surf.

Ive got one, won't get chance till monday to see how easy it is to take it off

4 bolts on the winch mechanism, 2 on each of the arms the tyre rests up to. They have to be undone from above, have to use a spanner as there ain't enough gap between the bolts and the body to get a socket on. The two arm things are surprisingly heavy for postage though.

Underneath Spare Carrier from Toyota

Hi,

I went to Toyota and got one for the HiLux Pickup. Has only 3 fasteners, vs
4. Two match the holes drilled in the chassis. Installed it at a local shop
in 20 mins. You may need to drill out the dimples in the back body to accomodate the actuator.

Cost me 400 Rand or GBP 25.
