If your radiator has a cap on it, it's a 3.0 if there's no cap it's a 2.4.

If yours is really slow and has no pull and you somtimes wish you hadn't got it then it's probably a 2.4.
Check on the Chasis plate in the engine bay it will say KZN130 or something similar. Or check the log book.

its a 2.4 then but i glad i got it just need sell me 82 merc coupe . anyone ?

Easy way to find out what you have: Check the chassis for e.g. KZN130 like mine. Then match it up to the one on this roughtrax page:
