1.5" bumper raise brackets needed

hi, i have done a 1.5" body lift to my 1994 gen2 4runner and now need someone to make me some brackets up to raise my front bumper, im guessing the brackets need the holes 1.5" higher !
can anyone help me out ? if so how much would you want for the trouble ?
