Engine help needed

Mates: need help...have 91 surf efi-ln130...currently have cutoff problem on low acceleration..usually at stops...but no problem at high acceleration..Is this a fuel problem..thanks..

Is it a autobox ? Are you saying that the engine dies ? Are the fuel lines all done up as may be sucking in air.
