Side Steps & Rear Door Spare Carrier

Need a nice pair of steps or where I can get new ones? My wife has trouble getting in!

Also need spare wheel carrier as bushes have gone in hinges on mine. Yes I've tried greasing them, last a day or so then starts to rattle again.
