The car has ECU upgrade, plus its actually a bit longer than 2nd gen. Tyres and wheels are practically brand new and the interior and exterior are the same.
Does anyone know if wrap around bull bar on 2nd gen will fit 4runner 3rd gen?
The car has done 101,000 klms and came with relevant papers. Also has 4ins lift. All this for £5000, so i now have an even bigger grin. Its a P reg 1996.
Is it a good idea to put another battery on, as it only has one, or is this OK?
Hope you like pictures, atleast i won't have to go outside to look at it every two minutes.
PS Will have 1993 2nd gen for sale shortly, which has been maintained at no expense spared (and i don't mean free). Anyone semi interested, let me know.

The 3rd gen has a different chassis so the bars would need some work to make them fit, also one battery should be ok just depends on what your running.

4Runner "SR5"

Hi Phil where was it imported from "4Runner SR5,s" are usually left hand drive and come from the USA.

It has SR5 on the back. What does it mean? It was imported from Japan and is right hand drive, although when went to put fuel in, the 2nd gen fills on drivers side, this is on passenger side. The back opens upwards, so you do not need to have window down.

The SR5 designation is normally found on the Hilux Pick-ups, you may be able to determine if its an SSR-X etc from the chassis number
