Early manual surf bits wanted

Hi all!

I have an mk3 HiLux pick up and I am after the following parts as I believe that they will fit my truck-

Carpet in either black or grey, must be from a manual.
Lower plastic gear lever/gaiter surround (fits onto carpet, square I think)
Fan relay
Fan 3 speed resistor (3 little coils joined togther)

Mainly after the carpet as I hate the vinyl in the 'Lux.
