You won't get a new one off the shelf as they don't exist on dealers shelves in anything other than unpainted primer(even in Japan).
I know what you mean about not trusting a paint shop to do the job properly. Engage the services of a good one and explain that you will pay top dollar for a top job. Explain if its not as a new door you aint paying.
