  • Wheel nuts

Has anybody got 3 spare standard alloy wheel nuts that I could buy? Had a puncture today, and have just noticed that the wheel nuts on the non standard wheels i have, don't suit the standard spare wheel for which I only have the 3 that hold it to the carrier.

    Thanks

    Doyle

www.milneroffroad.com sell them at about £1 each if they are the standard SURF wheels.

No mate, was going to but the weather is to nice. Was on the way to the coast towing the jetski when I got the puncture. Didn't fancy doing 100 odd miles with only 3 wheel nuts with 11 grands worth of fibreglass in tow. Oh, and funny thing happened when I got home........the aerial started working again ( although a bit juddery). I will get around to it the week though!

must be a rough area when people just say "kent" or "garden of england"... hehehe!!

Erith? "In 1999 Morrison's supermarket opened on the fringe of the town centre and was an instant success, drawing people in from as far away as Maidstone"

                    wow... what a town!

A bit further west than Erith, 2 miles south of the Thames. 400 yards further west, I'd have a London post code and an 0208 tel no. That should be enough to get to my front door

Erith only has a Kent postcode - it has London phone numbers and London pollution, so all right-thinking Kentishmen should disown it anyway, as having been swallowed up by the monster to the west. (Any Men of Kent hearing the name may not know where Erith is anyway)

OK, flak jacket? Check. Steel helmet? Check

                            Bexleyheath/Welling?

Just about enough trees there to be part of Kent

Mind you, the more fanatical members of the "Kent Is a Separate State, Migrate Your Assets Southeast" Society, do maintain that Kent ends at the M25, and that there is no civilization to the West of the central reservation. Having been to Chatham, however, I can see a few flaws in this argument, although last time I argued about this I had a crack team of Morris Dancers from the 3rd Beer and Bells regiment parachuting into my back garden to protest.

(Dammit, I need a "tongue in cheek" smiley)
