spare wheel holder bold cover

ok, i have a 96 3.0 sssr-g, where the spare wheel holder goes into the rear wing there are plastic covers that cover up the fixing bolts.

The smaller one at the bottom has fallen from mine, any body have one to sell or know where i can get one.
