Roughtrax cheap enough

You can get both from roughtrax but I dont know if that fits your bill with regard to cheap.
You can make a bootliner ( without the lip ) from a sheet of industrial rubber, of the type that electricity boards, engineering type establishments use in front of switchboards and it will be beefier and possibly better than the roughtrax item which I myself use
