Needed, 2.4 1990 flywheel

Im in need of a flywheel for my surf, 2.4 on a g reg, its the spring loaded type, cash waiting for this as the springs have jumped out of mine and it sounds like a skeleton having a !!!! in a dustbin when i start it up. Can anyone help please....
